He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Bazemore and Eloise Kauffman Bazemore; and his son James Martin. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Bazemore; his son Brad Martin; his daughter-in-law Nikki Martin; his sister Julie Bancroft (Bill); his grandchildren, Allie, Casey and Thomas; and his nephew Danny. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
