He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martha Lavertue and Henry Lavertue; his wife Evangeline; his children, Marianne, Christina, Michael and Joyce; his stepchildren, Tina and Geoff; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Jennifer and Daisy. He was also cherished by 13 great grandchildren.
