It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Grose Meek in Fleming Island, Florida, who passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Chauncey Grose and Bertha Mae Steelman Grose; and her siblings, Nell, Kathleen, Helen, Gladys, Norma, Viola, June, Geraldine and Wallace.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Meek Coen and Thomas Owen Meek, Jr.; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Coen. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
