She was predeceased by: her mother Estelle "Eldridge" Breeden; her husband Elworth "Pete" Ortagus; her daughter Bridgette Darlene; and her sister Jane Hunt. She is survived by: her daughter Gidgette Lewis (Rob); her sister Catherine Patton (Tim); her niece Chrissy "Eden" Kizer; her nephew Troy (Allyson); and her grandchildren, Robbie Lewis II (Angelique), Autumn Lewis, Summer Lewis and Joshua Cole. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Haven Hospice Foundation.
