He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hartley and Elizabeth Hartley; and his siblings, David and Janice. He is survived by: his siblings, Freddy, Robert and Elizabeth Hartley; his son Bobby (Jason); his wife Jan Hartley; his son Jason Hartley; his grandchildren, Caden Hartley and Darin Glover; and his daughter-in-law Malia Hartley.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Bob Tebow Evangelistic Association.
