She is survived by : her husband Chester W. Witczak; her sons, Christopher James Witczak (Michelle) and Chester Joseph WitczaK (Danielle); her daughter-in-law Kim Witczak; her grandchildren, Abigail Witczak, Hannah Witczak, Ivy Witczak, Ziven Witczak, Oles Witczak, Chester Tait Witczak, Tola Witczak, Zoja Witczak and Maciek Witczak; her nephew Michael Kamka; her nieces, Lori Rozdolsky (Kamka), Kimberly Kamka, Susan Rawski Pacelli and Geri Ann Rawski Brent; her cousin Marcy Gall Leverenz; and her close friends, Rose Di Natale, Patricia Scherrer, Barb Hackenberg, Myrtle Schultz, Carole Kos and Sandy Massaro. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
