He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Sarah; and his sisters, Candy and Patricia (Joy). He is survived by: his significant other Mary Hardin; his children, Haley (Micaela), Hunter, Alex and Brittany (Justin); his grandsons, Jimmy and Joey; and his siblings, Cathi, Chris (Tim), Tommy (Nancy), Dennis, Boo (Carl), Michael (Tracy), Paul and Christopher (Roxie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
