He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Hall Frey of Fleming Island, Florida; his stepchildren, Christine LeClaire (Wayne) of Middleburg, Florida and Brian Hall (Jennifer) of Hampstead; his grandsons, Daniel LeClaire of Green Cove Springs, Brandon LeClaire of Eagle Pass, Nicholas and Andrew Hall of Hampstead; and his siblings, Russell Frey of Orange Park, Florida and Virginia Marcheterre of Leominster, Massachusetts..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (300 Gum St, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043).
