He was predeceased by: his daughter Analiza Gobaton; and his brothers, Reynaldo and Elmer Zaide. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Amanda Zaide (Amy); his brother Ceferino Zaide Jr.; his son-in-law John Gobaton; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Catelin and Johnathan Gobaton. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
