He was predeceased by: his father Max Chapala; his wife Toni Chapala; and his brothers, Max and Arnold Chapala. He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Castelli; his children, Roxanne Chapala Dionne, Hadda Laughlin (Charlie), Jon Chapala (Grace), Kenda Robison (David) and Pandy Johnson; his sisters, Clara Chapala and Maryanne Rudd; and his grandchildren, Evan Chapala Dionne, Nick, Chris Laughlin, Justin, Nathan, Michael Chapala, Ashley Smith, Shane Blackburn, Heather Hough and Ned Johnson. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Tim Tebow Foundation.
