It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Raines of Fleming Island, Florida, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Lee James. She is survived by : her children, Dr. Sherry Latta-Raines, James Avery, Teresa Gray, Jeff, Marcus, Melissa and Michael.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to the VHL Alliance in honor of her grandson, Avery, who lives with VHL diagnosis.
