He was predeceased by: his parents, Winifred Bennett, and Teddy Bennett, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Verlene Sapp Bennett; his daughter Lori Mead (Chris); his grandchildren, Austin Mead and Lilly Kate Mead; and his sister-in-law Sharon Dunlap (Norman). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
