He is survived by: his sons, Doug Simmons (Rickie), John Simmons (Rhonda) and David Simmons (Shawn); his grandchildren, Shelby, Kyle, Megan, Emily, Matthew and Jason; and his great grandchildren, Raegan and Finn.
