He is survived by: his wife Reva Fogleman; his children, Valerie Tripet, Christopher Fogleman and Robin Fogleman; his grandchildren, Megan Dickison, David Fogleman, Ayva Safreed and Bishop Safreed; and his sisters, Deneane Nofplot and Denise Perry. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jacksonville Memory Gardens (111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
