William H. Peacock Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William H. Peacock (Florahome, Florida), born in Alma, Georgia, who passed away on September 12, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Peacock and Lily Mercer Peacock; his siblings, Roy Peacock, Fred Peacock, Doris Carter and Eppelene Medders; his son William "Bill" Peacock, Jr.; and his grandson Bradford "Brad" Neil Peacock.
He is survived by: his significant other Alice Mae Cook Peacock; his siblings, Norman Peacock and Brenda Crosby; his children, Sheryl Peacock Soulis (Pete), Troy Daniel Peacock (Kathy), Gregory Scott Peacock (Marsha) and Terri Peacock McNeilly (Keith); and his grandchildren, Lindsey Hawley (Bryce), Peter Soulis, Kayla Peacock, Ashley Peacock (Joey), Kody Peacock (Katie), Victoria Peacock-Davis (Andy), Nicholas Peacock (Ciera), Noah Peacock, Megan Nickoson (Aaron) and Maelyn Bond (Jonathan). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Methodist Church of Florahome (101 E Michigan St, Florahome, FL 32140). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Paran Cemetery (125 Paran Church Rd, Melrose, FL 32666).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the First Methodist Church of Florahome, P.O. Box 238, Florahome, FL 32140. .
