She was predeceased by: her parents, Eduardo Ortiz and Teresa Trujillo; her grandchildren, William Rivera, Alexander Rivera (Samantha), Lorraine Rivera, Jasmine Rivera and Kyla Kim (Benjamin); her great grandchildren, Zyon Troupe, Marquis Johnson, Jr., Emelise Johnson, Alaina Rivera and Winter Kim; her sons-in-law, Thomas Rivera (Marie) and Joseph Rivera; her siblings, Olga Ortiz, Annie Rivera and Eliud Ortiz; Daniel Rivera.
She is survived by: her daughter Melinda Rivera; her son-in-law Dennis Rivera; and her children, Lorraine Hernandez and Eduardo Rivera.
