Headley; her husband Winston Headley; her children, Byron Shepheard (Cheron Shepheard), Lennox Gordon (Jannette Gordon), Jacquline Gordon-Shirley (Wesley Shirley), Jeniel Gordon and Carla Callendar Myers; her siblings, Hortense Richards, Clifton Ford, Daliah Ford Doeman, Lorna Ford Brown, Vanessa Crosdale (Swethrie Crosdale), Annette Ford-Amaye-Obu (Fons Amaye-Obu) and Evette Ford Thompson; her grandchildren, Sofia Farquharson, Latasha Green, Tevon Cole, Crystal Shirley, Tantania Alexander, Patrice Green and Samantha Gordon; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Faruharson and Bevon Banton, Jr..
