She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene and Joseph; and her daughters, Joanne Teicher (Bill) and Gail Trolinger. She is survived by: her friend Rheta; and her children, Maureen Cavallaro, Donna Collins (Stephen), Brian Bien (Dana) and Laura Musgrave (Greg). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Palms West Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411). A Mass was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Therese de Lisieux Catholic Church (11800 Lake Worth Rd, Wellington, FL 33449). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Lauderdale Memorial Park (2001 SW 4th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Joan's memory to Alzheimer's Research (Alzheimer's Association (https://donorservices.alz.org)) or Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
