He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Shaw (Remington) and Richard Arthur Shaw; and his siblings, Lucille Shaw and Richard A. Shaw Jr.. He is survived by: his son Scott Shaw; his daughter-in-law Frances of Coral Springs, Florida; his daughter Casey Shaw of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; his sister Marilyn Wimbley (Shaw); and his brother-in-law Robert of Benson.
