He is survived by: his wife Kim "Gin" Sheetz; his daughter Christina; his son-in-law Bryan; his grandchildren, Christopher and Olivia; his sister Sue; his brother-in-law Roy Fernandez; his sister Joy; his brothers-in-law, Chino Flores and Richard Bowser; his granddaughter Maryann Edney; his nephew Joshua Edney; his brother Charles; his sister-in-law Sherri Reed; Chip. He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Church of Eleven (14286 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32250).
