He is survived by: his children, Justin Slootsky, Kendall Chandler and Zach Slootsky (Emily Gow); his grandchildren, Ariel Slootsky and Robin Slootsky; his sisters, Brenda Brook and Davya Cohen; and his grandmother Mardi Bobkin (Stewart). He is also survived by his cousins and nieces and nephews.
