She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Gerkins and Esther Gerkins; her sister Lana Gail Gerkins of Brandenburg, KY; her parents-in-law, Ralph and Odene Dash; and her sisters-in-law, Martha Richard of Florida and Mary Williamson of Florida.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur E. Dash; her daughters, Samantha and Allison Dash; her grandchildren, Tristin Dash of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Krista of Fort Lauderdale, FL and MacKenzie Garvey of Fort Lauderdale, FL; and her sisters, Sharon (Rodney Zeller) of Louisville, KY, Monica Thompson (Dana Stephens) of Bardstown, KY and Kathy (Robert Veith) of Brandenburg, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Buck Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (255 Buck Grove Rd, Ekron, KY 40117).
