He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Ivey and Lorene Ivey; his sisters, Darlyn Johnson and Lucille Stockton; and his great grandchild Karleigh Kirk.
He is survived by: his daughter Lynn Shiver; his siblings, Thelma Chambers (Wayne), Bill Ivey (Ann) and Marti Germany Ivey; his grandchildren, Brian Kirk (Amber), Emily Shiver, Shelby Shiver (Courtney), Christa Shiver (Scott) and Madison Shiver; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy Kirk, McKinley Kirk, Paxton Shiver, Waylon Turner and Karter Kirk.
