He is survived by: his children, Kare Uuttu (Erika) of Mount Dora, Tracy Redding (Steve) of Bartow, Virgil Turner of Bartow and Freddy Richardson, Jr. of Fort Meade; and his siblings, Milford Richardson of Alturas, David Richardson of Texas, Gary Richardson of Roanoke, Virginia and Gloria Jones of Alturas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
