He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecilia Markovitz and David Markovitz; his wife Anne; his children, Susan and William; his daughter-in-law Cathy; and his grandchildren, Ella, Jana, Zachary and Koa.

In lieu of flowers or similar, the family asks that a donation be made to a charity of your choice in Bernie's name.
