He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Bergen and Emily Bergen. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughter Kate Bergen Pierce (Mike Pierce); his grandchildren, Ella, Lincoln and Mac; his daughter Amanda Bergen Peressutti (Gian-Carlo Peressutti); his grandchildren, Roma and Nola; his daughter Lucy Bergen (Jay Weinberg); his grandchildren, Fela and Franny; and his sister Nancy Bergen.
