She is survived by: her husband Doug Wade; her children, Julie Wade-Noll (Jason) and Mike Wade (Lindsay); her grandchildren, Carolyn, Carson and Piper; and her siblings, Joyce Melby Jordan, Floyd "Bus" Melby and John Melby.
