It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Carpenter of Fort Myers, Florida, born in Fulton, New York, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Rice and Mary Rice of Conquest. She is survived by: her children, Akitas, Kiko, Yoshi, Tomo and Rinji; her husband Forest David Bannister; her stepdaughter Veronica Bannister (Peter Cotton) of Ormond Beach, FL; her siblings, Beth Rice of Ft. Myers, David J. Rice, Jr. of Manchester, TN and James Rice (Karen) of Austin, TX; her grandson Cameron Mirrione; her nephew Jarred Rice; and her nieces, Hannah Rice, Harmony Rice and Melody Rice.
