He is survived by: his son Daniel Payne; his siblings, Patricia Rediehs (Richard) and Kenneth Payne (Christine); and his nieces and nephews, Brian Rediehs (Johnna), Jamison Rediehs (Walker), Amanda Ramos (Erik John "E. J."), Bradley Payne (Alyssa) and Kelly Smith (Sam).
