He is survived by: his sons, David Shane (Jenny) and Michael Shane (Melissa); his sisters, Betty Ginsburg (Albert), Ruth Shane and Nancy Fleischman (Yussi); and his grandchildren, Sienna, Dylan, Hannah, Shelby and Alice Shane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
