She was predeceased by: her significant other Jim Root (James); her former husband Gary Cofta; her parents, Lillian Jean Moore and Thomas Moore; and her mother-in-law Mary Ann Root.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Mitchell (Joel); her grandchildren, Radlee and Lennon; her sister Nancy Marion (Bruce); her cousin Judi Best (Steve); and her daughter Shannon. She is also survived by grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; as well as godchildren, even more extended family members and many friends.
