He is survived by: his children, Brian Sullivan (Chrystaline) of Atlanta, GA, Mary Pat Halpin (Patrick) of Villa Hills, KY, Maureen Zachary (Dave) of Hebron, KY and Mike Sullivan (Sabina) of Lewisville, NC; his grandchildren, Jack, Ace, Vega Sullivan, Noah, Ian Halpin, Ty, Race, Finn Zachary, Cooper and Christine Sullivan; and his siblings, Maureen Koselke of Highland, IN, Cecile Jagodzinski of Naperville, IL, Patty Stocker (Len) of New Lenox, IL and Mike Sullivan (Jill) of Lisle, IL.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and numerous friends.
