He was predeceased by: his father Lou Heller. He is survived by: his significant other Susan; his children, Michelle Forrest (Chris) and Shawn Heller (Cristy); his mother Lynn Heller; and his siblings, Larry, Mike, Wendy and Todd. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
