He is survived by: his parents, John M Gerard and Cynthia Gerard; his aunts and uncles, David Gerard, Debra Heinlein (Gerard), Eric, Barbara Peryer (Hubert), Todd and Kim Hubert; and his cousins, Michael Heinlein, Hillary Hubert, Quinn Peryer, Emily Hubert and Luke Hubert.
