He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Richter and Bessie Richter. He is survived by: his wife Carmela F. Richter; his children, Joseph "Rick" Richter (Judy), Rose Marie Richter-Govanus (David), Charles R. Richter (Karen) and Keith S. Richter (Maria); his grandchildren, Joey Richter, Chucky Richter, David Richter, Ryan Richter, Cynthanie Richter and Elric Richter; and his great grandchildren, Kamron, Trinity, Keydon, Amelia, Mari and Kenway.
