He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Josh, Adam and Rebecca; the mother of his children Lillian; his children, Rachelle, Jessica and Michael; his grandchildren, Alexander, Coral, Ruby, Theo, Mattea, Talia and Jaiden; and his siblings, Brent, Ross, Aron and Alice.
