She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" Phillips; her son Richard Joseph "Joey" Phillips; her daughter-in-law Heidi; her grandsons, Case and Cai; and her siblings, Ellen Spiezio, Michael O'Neill (Denise), Claire Cutting (Robert), Kevin O'Neill and Timothy O'Neill (Colleen).
