He is survived by: his wife Gail Murray Boucher (Young); his daughters, Shawnte Romolo and Stephanie Boucher; and his siblings, Lawrence, David, Thomas Boucher, Joanne Latour, Patricia Rini and Cathy Pannone. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons.
