He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Marie Caylor and Francis Albert Thompson; his sons, TJ (Melissa), Jack (Esmeralda) and Sean (Kaitlyne); his wife Coleen McDonald; and his siblings, Sharon Angeletti (Tom), Brenda Coleman (Dave) and Patrick Thompson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Joey's name to the Association of Frontotemporal Degeneration, the American Heart Association, the Collier-Lee Honor Flight, any of the above-named youth leagues or to a charity of your choice.
