He is survived by: his wife Mary Perry; his children, Debbie Baker (Tony Wiggers), Brenda Pittsley (Junior Pittsley) and Jeff Perry; his grandchildren, Jennifer Cullivan, Nicholas Guidaboni, Jodi Baker and Shane Guidaboni; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Jake Cullivan, Felix, Alex and Elliott Guidaboni; and his brother Jim. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
