He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Theresa Crooks and Joseph Gates of St. He is survived by: his son William (Billy); his grandsons, Rob Morris and Hunter Smith; his children, Annmarie Griffith (Kris), Billy Crooks (Margie) and Rebecca Lee (James); his sister Lynne Bada (Jim); his aunt Donna Henry (Holland); his sisters-in-law, Jackie Crooks (Rick) and Georgia Dohar (Mike); his grandchildren, William Justis, Zach Griffith (Abi), Drew Justis, Ethan Lee, Emily Lee (Alex), Sam Griffith, Joshua Crooks and Regina Crooks; his great grandchildren, Violet Ertel and Wrenley Petro; his wife Madlynne Crooks; his brother Rick Crooks (Jackie); his brother-in-law Jim Julian (Betty); and his pets, Fred, Jimmy, Bill, Max, Sydney, Clyde and George. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
