He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Otto and Dorothy Loeffler; his siblings, Dorothy Potter, Frank and Edwin Loeffler (Bud); and his former wife Lorraine Lyle.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Long (Judy) of Fort Myers, FL; his children, David Loeffler, Douglas Loeffler, Steven Loeffler, U. S. Navy Retired of Coronado, CA and Janet Loduca of Calgary, AB; Robert Long of Vero Beach, FL. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
