She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lucian Rowell and Bessie Lee Rowell (Benbow); her husband William "Bill" E. Gavin; her children, Jesse Ray Hall Jr., Judy Ann Grumney (Mel), Cathy Juanita Hall (Glenda) and Joseph Hall; and her sister Susie Casey. She was also cherished by two grandsons, three great granddaughters, and one great great granddaughter.
