She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leo Frankenberry and Mary Catherine O'Flaherty; her husband Donald Eldred Webb of George's Church; her daughter Mary Catherine Shelley (Guy); her granddaughter Hannah Elizabeth Webb; and her siblings, Joseph, Cornelius, Johnny, Danny and Marie.
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Frankenberry (Barbara) of Rehoboth Beach and Elizabeth Flannery of Shrub Oak; her friend Joan Orlic (Velko) of White City, Florida; and her children, Josephine Frances Forrester (Scott) of Fort Pierce, Florida, John Daniel Webb (Elizabeth) of Jacksonville, Florida, Cornelia Ann Monroe of Los Angeles, California, Margaret Geneva Moral (Shawn) of Fort Pierce, Florida, Terrence Xavier Webb of Houston, Texas and Deirdre Ann Webb of Gainesville, Florida.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and first and second cousins.
