He is survived by: his wife Sarah DiMatteo; his sons, Anthony DiMatteo (AJ), Nicholas DiMatteo (Lanie), Luc Nguyen, Hieu Nguyen and Tai Nguyen; his siblings, Theresa DiMatteo, Brian DiMatteo, Michelle Parolski (Jack) and Barbie DiMatteo (Mike Demers); his siblings' children, Ella Parolski, Mackenzie Demers, Isla Gustashaw, Nina Zanke, Cleménce Pierrard, John "Trey" Parolski, Nico Gustashaw, Hayes Arden, Roman Zanke and Hudson Arden; and his siblings-in-law, Megan Zanke (Nicolas Pierrard), Matthew Arden (Jodi) and Max Zanke (Synae).

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 500 Orange Ave, Fort Pierce, FL 34950.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Maddie's Fight Foundation, a cause close to Anthony's heart.
