Betty Louise Rake Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Louise Rake (Fort Pierce, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 21, 2026 at the age of 88. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Betty had on those she encountered along her journey. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Fowler and Lannie Fowler; her husband George Rake; her brother Bernie Fowler; and her grandson Eddie Rake.

She is survived by: her son Ed Rake (Suzy); and her grandchildren, Tony Rake (Antonia), Amanda Summersill (Bret) and Justin Rake. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

During the challenges of Covid and later years when attending meetings in person became harder, she found a way, even if it meant joining by phone.
