Gamble of Fort Pierce, Florida, born in Lynchburg, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 21, 2025 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wesley Gamble and Annie Mae Gamble; his wives, Retha Mae, Ethelene Bell and Mary Gamble; his sister Deloris Gamble Kennedy; his grandson Cedric Gamble; and his great grandchild Destiny Boone.
He is survived by: his children, Rev Arthur Gamble (Zenovia) of Columbia, SC, William Gamble (Elois) of Ft. Pierce, Tyrone Abercrumble of Newark, NJ, Minister Ruby Carter of Ft. Pierce, Sophia Murrell (Lynn Banks) of Lithonia, Sybil Bell of Ft. Pierce, Brenda Johnson (Kevin) of Riverdale and Jacqueline Abercrumble of Cleveland, Ohio; his siblings, Rev Alonza Gamble of Tampa, Henry Gamble (Linda) of Lynchburg, SC. and Mary Lizzie Baker (Norris); and his godson Sydney Franklin. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren; and a host nieces, nephews, cousin, n-laws and friends.
