She is survived by: her children, Latisha Parker and Jonia Charles; her siblings, Janice Clover (Willie), Sebrina White and Julius White III; her grandchildren, Cedric Jr., Cedravius, Cedarius, Cedrica and Cedtron Parker; and her close friend Brenda V.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
