It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Bruce Carter of Fort Pierce, Florida, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Carter and Ruth Carter; his wife Joan; his sister Nancy Antonelli; and his niece Janice Hoefle.

He is survived by : his children, Bruce, Kate, Karin, Michael (Patty) and Christine (Rich); his grandchildren, Kailee, Matthew, Logan, Mya, Daniel and Rowen; and his sisters, Gail Mattiucci and Jan Bufé. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.
