He is survived by: his wife Patty Cook (Varney) of Fort Pierce, FL; his children, Randi Cook of Fort Pierce, FL, Rick Cook of Fort Pierce, FL and JD Cook; his daughter-in-law Kara Nelson Cook of Port St; his stepdaughter Michelle Ledbetter Paget of Hastings, MI.; his mother-in-law Phyllis Freese of Hastings, MI; his brother Robert Cook of White City, FL.; his grandchildren, Travis, Tonyia (Megan) of Wisconsin, DJ, Autumn and Angelina of Hastings, MI.; his great grandchildren, Nathan of Wisconsin, Alicyia of Wisconsin and Leona of Wisconsin; and his siblings-in-law, Carl of Michigan, Rhonda Woodard of Michigan, Pat of Michigan, Carol Lewis of Michigan, Debbie Seeber of Michigan, Steve Varney of Michigan and Scott Varney of Michigan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
